Job Description
Investigates allegations of employment related policy violations, including harassment and discrimination. Partners with business units/divisions in executing Corporate HR policies and programs. Designs and administers policies related to employment relations, workplace investigation and audit activities.

Conduct complex and high quality workplace investigations and work with a wide range of parties to evaluate situations and determine necessary steps to be taken. Partner with business units/division leaders, Legal, HR and employees within the company to ensure timely, effective, and efficient resolution of employee relations issues that arise in connection with an investigation. This would include executive level leadership engagement. Provide recommendations and proactive measures to ensure alignment/compliance with Company policies and values. Maintain expert knowledge of the company’s HR policies and procedures as well as country specific employment laws and regulations. Lead projects to evaluate, analyze and improve global HR operations to align with company practices and desired outcomes. Lead special projects/programs requiring workplace investigations partner input. Track, report and analyze case trends using a case management system. Foster a culture of equity, diversity and inclusion. Mentor other team members. May perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications: A minimum of 8 years experience in a role that focuses on workplace investigations, employment relations or an equivalent HR role. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. 5 or more years of experience conducting workplace investigations. Experience working with executives and key business stakeholders. Ability to conduct complex and high quality workplace investigations. Advanced knowledge of country specific laws and regulations pertaining to employment. Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities in a complex fast paced environment. Must be self-directed and able to work independently as well as in a team environment. Experience partnering with legal resources to resolve highly complex and sensitive workplace investigations. Demonstrated problem solving and judgment skills with the ability to provide high quality independent analysis, conclusions and recommendations. Experience preparing and delivering information in a concise, professionally written format. Excellent communications skills; specifically, diplomacy and patience when communicating with others and diffusing difficult situations. Strong interpersonal skills; especially, verbal communication, listening and problem solving. Experience working in a large global corporation. Ability to travel as required. Key skills and abilities include coaching, influencing, facilitation, presentation, communication, process development, analysis, and problem solving.
