As the Advanced Manufacturing Engineering team for Amazon Devices, we disrupt manufacturing with latest technological solutions while digitizing assembly and now we are taking it to the next level. We deliver all NPI programs to mass production and enable next generation devices and technologies.

Key job responsibilities
• Lead MTM (Manufacturing Technical Management) organization to launch new programs and ensure the NPI programs launch under budget, on schedule and meeting a high bar for yields
• Developing the MTM organization by providing guidance and direction to the team for the critical technical issues. Help the team on strategic thinking and ensuring technical manufacturing requirements are consistently being met and exceeded.
• Plan for a long term technical manufacturing roadmap and strategies with the broader Advanced Manufacturing Engineering team to implement next generation equipment and test
• Responsible for development, qualification and validation of FATP (Final Assembly and Test)
• Ensure UPH requirements for all programs are being met
• Serve and represent as the technical lead for the broader organization on manufacturing
• Works with cross functional team to dive deep on technical, quality, and line qualification for the programs. Ensure alignment and drive consensus across teams, provide leadership with recommendations, prepare white papers, Correction of Error’s (COE’s) and other documents.
