Job Description

Sr Mgr, Finance-020083

1. Plan and direct project activities with the accountability for successful completion of all project deliverables to the business within established schedule, scope and quality objectives. Identify risk, develop mitigation strategies, alternative solutions, critical path, resolve issues, action item follow up, etc. in collaboration with project managers
2. Identify opportunities and lead the implementation of changes to drive improvements
3. Advise country management on financial, operational, strategy, and business model issues
4. Manage team and oversee team activities within assigned work stream for one country in tax, variance analysis, planning, reporting, month-end, banking and compliance


  • Bachelor or Master's Degree in Accounting or Finance, Certified Management Accountant (CMA), or Chartered Accountant (CA)
  • Proven successful project management and leadership skills
  • Proven expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel, database tools (e.g., QlikView), financial systems, and ERP systems (e.g., JDE, SAP)
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating and relationship management skills with ability to drive achievement of objectives
  • Expert understanding of financial procedures while addressing issues with impact beyond own team based on knowledge of related disciplines
