The position is for a talented and highly motivated Operations Program Manager of Manufacturing supporting Amazon located in China. This program manager will be responsible for managing quality and delivery of market leading and high impact consumer electronics at contract manufacturing site.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· In depth knowledge relating to managing manufacturing operations and production and working with Contract Manufacturers.
· Provide recommendations regarding planning, and coordinating the manufacturing of products in compliance with company goals and objectives.
· Assist in establishing and controlling conditions of execution of operating strategies and plans
· Use statistical techniques to verify the effectiveness of solutions
· Assist in ensuring quality of work
· Be able to work cross-functional with other organizations building strong relationships within the Amazon.
· Ensure compliance to corporate social standards.
· Knowledgeable in lean methodology and demonstrated ability in goal setting.
