We are looking for a strong driver to implement functional key initiatives/projects on manufacturing advancement with rich manufacturing technical experience.

Key job responsibilities
The STM is responsible for manufacturing automation development, qualification and validation of final assembly and test processes to support Kindle products in Mass Production at contract manufacturer sites. You will focused on accomplishing product objectives, you will collaborate in identifying appropriate tooling & test fixtures, trouble-shooting material and process issues, and qualifying processes and tooling to assure successful introduction of new products into production.
Responsibilities:
• Provide advice on automation design & planning through DFM, Line balancing, as well as Process Yield, Capacity and Cost Modeling.
• Review and comment on Tooling Designs & Qualification
• Provide technical advice regarding copy lines from master line by NPI teams, process Qualification, Approval and Documentation
• Continuous quality improvements
• Process optimization and yield improvement
• Lean six sigma methodology application






A day in the life
You will perform as a generator and developer to continuously drive manufacturing process improvement, validate data to identify improvement opportunity which big impact on business, and figure out systematic solution or mechanism to achieve functional strategic goal.

The team is responsible for initiating process optimization, system integration and smart solution to achieve quality, cost and delivery enhancement continuously.
