This is a critical role to drive initiatives, innovation and system/tools to upgrade our manufacturing infrastructure towards industry 4.0 goal. We are looking for a strong individual contributor to lead our contract manufacturer for intelligent manufacturing project implementation and road map setup.

Key job responsibilities
STM is responsible for development, qualification and validation of final assembly and test processes to support mass production at contract manufacturer sites. You will focused on accomplishing product objectives and qualifying processes to assure successful introduction of new products into production.
Responsibilities:
• Provide advice on design & planning through DFM, Line balancing, as well as Process Yield, Capacity and Cost Modeling.
• Review and comment on Tooling Designs & Qualification
• Provide advice regarding copy lines from master line by NPI teams
• Provide advice regarding Process Qualification, Approval and Documentation
• Quality improvements
• Process and yield improvement
• Lean methodology application
• Intelligent manufacturing



A day in the life
You will perform as a developer to continuously analyze manufacturing process/system to identify improvement opportunity which big impact on business: Man, Machine, Material, Method, Enovironment. And figure out systematic solution or mechanism to achieve functional strategic goal.

The team is responsible for initiating process optimization, system integration and intelligent solution to achieve quality, cost and delivery goal.
