Job Description
Amazon is seeking for a seasoned Solution Marketing Manager to assist Chinese Manufacturers succeed and grow in the cross-border eCommerce market. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping Chinese businesses and brands go global. The Solution Marketing Manager of Manufacturer segment will be accountable for influencing Manufacturer’s decision and driving their success in cross-border eCommerce and in Amazon through in-depth education and seamless collaboration with cross-business units’ stakeholders, related marketing teams, and external partners. This role requires ability to identify pain points/unmet needs of the target segment and shape the communication from strategy to execution accordingly. An ideal candidate will be comfortable working with ambiguity and be able to execute at pace, build things from scratch with a proven track record. He/She will be a team player – able to partner with agencies or internal teams, to figure out what is best for our customers. He/She will develop pilots and measurement, optimizing what drives engagement and reporting the impact of the solutions on the business growth.

Key job responsibilities
· Manage Solution marketing and education towards Manufacturer segment. Drive overall marketing strategy including messaging framework, resource prioritization, initiative and roadmap planning, and campaign execution;
· Understand unmet needs and pain-points of Manufacturers by various approaches to create comprehensive solution-based content to showcase Amazon’s unique capabilities and resources;
· Identify and manage strategic collaborations with media and KOLs to position us as a leading player by continuously assisting China Manufacturers’ success in China Industry Cluster through resource coordination and partnership;
· Own marketing and education content roadmap and go-to-market campaigns in various channels & formats (success stories, pitch decks, flyers, videos, Seller University curriculums, etc.) for Manufacturer’s engagement and education;
· Set up Solution Marketing input and output goals, design and track marketing metrics and always looking for ways to improve;
· Work closely with stakeholders from business and marketing teams to deliver and organize consistent, innovative and seller-centric communications assets to support business objectives and integrate needs/specificities.
