Job Description
Sr Spec, Sales - HVT TWN-017244
1. Promotes and sells product portfolio and solutions directly to current and new customers utilizing full understanding of hemodynamic monitoring as well as cardiovascular anatomy, pathology and physiology relevant to EW medical products as it relates to the business
2. Develops and closes sales opportunities identified by inside sales role utilizing creativity and influencing skills with new or existing customers on buying decisions using tact and diplomacy
3. Builds and expands network of customers across assigned territory to push Edwards positioning in the market while developing and executing annual plan to achieve territory objectives
4. Other incidental duties
1. Bachelor's Degree in related field / 5 years of experience / progressive sales / medical devices industry experience
2. Full knowledge of the strengths and limitations of assigned CC products and competitor products
3. Develops deeper understanding of own business, medical devices industry and selling environment of own territory
4. Full knowledge of account structures and developments in assigned territory
5. Full understanding of hemodynamic monitoring as well as cardiovascular anatomy, pathology and physiology relevant to EW medical products as it relates to the business
6. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment
7. Strict attention to detail
8. Understands customer needs, feedback and objections and explains products to influence customer perception of value
9. Utilizes creativity and influencing skills with new or existing customers on buying decisions using tact and diplomacy
10. Adhere to all EHS rules and requirements and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
