Job Purpose & Responsibilities
Global HR Strategic Business Partners are enabler of SABIC transformation through driving the talent agenda, culture, engagement and organization effectiveness by coaching and influencing business leaders in order to meet corporate strategic results. Drive essential programs and initiatives for growth and competitiveness as credible agent of change.
  • As a global strategy HRBP (Senior Manager level), he/she will support the L3 HRBP (Director, HRBP Global PC CH & PE, Sales and based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia) to translate client business needs into HR strategy, goals and action plans to make individual and team performance a competitive advantage through strategic planning, staffing and development.
  • Support the talent agenda including workforce planning, talent acquisition, career development and succession planning to ensure strong talent pipeline for the respective client organizations globally.
  • Provide guidance for performance feedback, employee development, and performance management to enhance individual and team performance. Support effective talent reviews to develop and deploy talent effectively.
  • Support organization design and development for client organizations with a specific focus on transformation and change management to improve organizational capabilities and a corporate culture aimed at high performance.
  • Support effective engagement and communication plans to ensure the organization understands key business goals, measurements, initiatives, and progress.
  • Support global and regional initiatives in support of the SBU/Function and coaching Client leaders to sharpen their leadership capabilities
  • Support improvement opportunities and implementation of enhancements to drive HR efficiency and improved levels of HR capability and performance, contributing to a “Best in Class” human resource organization
  • Monitor, support or conduct investigations regarding complex and highly sensitive employee relations and grievance issues.

Requirements
  • University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or business-related field; Masters degree preferred
  • Min. 15 years of HR experience from large MNCs; strong generalist and strategy HRBP experience with proven global exposure/responsibilities
  • Experienced in working with matrix organizations and influencing across different cultures
  • Experienced in leading cross functional projects and establishing/maintaining strong relationships with management.
  • Ability to develop relationships and influence business management.
  • Proven experience working independently/autonomously.
  • Strong change management skills
  • Strong conceptual skills
  • Strong assessment skills
  • Experienced in managing multiple client groups regionally or globally
  • Demonstrated ability to balance competing priorities and to adapt to changing requirements in a fast paced environment
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills; fluent in English
  • Proven ability to work effectively with leaders and employees across functions and different levels of the organization regionally and globally
  • Willing to travel regularly within the region and globally
