Job Description
Reporting to Consulting
Practice Manager (CGBU) – CNE/5G Consultant is responsible for\:
- Provide technical services and
support for Oracle CNE and 5G Oracle Communications Solutions to CGBU
customers.
- Assist in the deployment,
setup, integration and customization of the OC-CNE.
- Assist in the upgrade, operation,
maintenance and evolution of the OC-CNE.
- Assist in the deployment of the
Oracle Communication 5G deployment, configuration, acceptance testing,
cutover and post-cutover support.
- Work on underlying Cloud based
deployments (both public and private).
- Create architecture deliverable
such as Technical Solutions, collateral creation, HLD/LLD, MoPs,
Acceptance Test Plans etc.
- Work with customers to ensure
technical compatibility with third party products required for
"turnkey" network implementations.
- Perform integration of network
nodes and play the role for designing and integration network nodes in the
5G network.
- Perform onsite/remote
activities as required for supporting the customer.
- Effectively communicate and
work with the internal and external customers in a multiple project
environment.
- Perform the duties assigned by
management effectively and most efficiently to meet organizational goals.
- Should be able to conduct
Special internal and customer workshop when not covered by Training
department.
- Should be ready to travel on
short notices when needed.

As a member of a project team, follows standard practices and procedures to analyze situations/data and provide quality work products to deliver functional and technical solutions on applications and technology installations. Work involves some problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying relevant Oracle methodologies and practices. Implements Oracle products and technology in various industries to meet customer specifications.
1-3 years of overall experience in relevant functional or technical roles. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Demonstrates competence in a minimum of one product or technology area. Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.
