What are my responsibilities?

Supply of materials based on customer requirements at the lowest price while ensuring quality and on time delivery

1. Basing on commodity strategy, sourcing potential professional suppliers to build a competitive indirect material supply base.
2. Review purchasing contract terms to guarantee contract signed properly.
3. Tracking and evaluate suppliers’ capabilities of capacity, delivery, service, cost and quality.
4. Procurement of goods and services to achieve the best negotiation result via procurement process and choice of suppliers to ensure the right materials are purchased at right time in right quantity and quality from qualified suppliers.
5. Follow up purchase process to create PO in system after price comparison or competitive bidding, release PO to suppliers, get supplier confirmation and track on time delivery.
6. Maintain supplier database, supplier add/change/block in system.
7. Disposal suppliers’ holding invoices and payment issue.
8. Scan the POs and archived PO, save with electronic document. Provide the copies to other requestor.
9. Maintain the indirect materials procurement Info for catalog parts
10. Take and fulfill the additional tasks assigned by line manager.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

1. Bachelor degree or above in business administration or international trade or related field knowledge of supply chain management and quality assurance, CET-4 or above

2. 3 years or above of experience in procurement as well as cross-functional cooperation experience

3. Knowledge in logistics for this position. Related purchasing experience is preferred.

4.To be expert about Commercial knowledge including trade terms of purchasing contract.

5.To have knowledge of contract law, cost analysis

6.To have experience of negotiation skill & experience

7.To have basic quality knowledge

8.Fluent in Chinese and good English communication skill

9.Good teamwork, especially within intercultural team

10.Strong customer centricity send and real sense of emergency

11.Strong willingness to self-study and self-improvement
