Responsibilities:

1. Communicate implementation plans and undertakings made to various regulators internally
2. Handling corporate licensing matters globally
3. Conduct or assist with special investigations and projects
4. Assist managers in preparing and updating compliance materials
5. Assist the Marketing Manager to prepare proposals to target customers and formulate the marketing plan
6. Participate and assist in ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

1. University degree or above (majoring in Marketing, Finance, Law, Economics or Risk)
2. 1-3 years’ experience in Compliance, Banking or FinTech
3. Ability to observe, understand and profile target audience and identify market opportunities.
4. Effective in both English and Mandarin Chinese.
5. Strong knowledge of market regulations in South East Asia, particularly in relation to Financial Technology industry
6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including writing, with the ability to interact effectively with front and back office staff, senior management and legal counsel
7. Ability to multi task, handle multiple projects at the same time and meet deadlines
8. Assist to review and monitor company’s ongoing and new business expansion in compliance and market strategy
