As a member of Amazon Compliance Operation team, we are responsible for evaluating suppliers' social responsibility(SR) audit results and works with SR program managers on various external-facing programs. We ensure Amazon suppliers complying with Amazon Supply Chain Standards. We need the help of Experts with deep knowledge/experience in the business and human rights space. In addition, we’re looking for someone with experience in audit operations, social responsibility activities with suppliers or service providers.

Key job responsibilities
1. Work with SR program managers on projects to mitigation SR risks and optimize process. Such as operationalize new supplier assessment initiatives, confirm audit finding closure of remediation via evidence examination, Identify and conduct preliminary evaluation of the third party audit firm for upcoming audits and risk assessments etc.

2. Support internal team on handling various internal and external escalations.

3. Be responsible for internal team capacity building from SR knowledge perspective.
