1 openings for 1st Shift, 6:00am - 2:30pm, M-F

1 opening for 2nd Shift, 2:30pm - 11pm, M-F

Purpose:    Supervise daily activities including, but not limited to customer compliance, packing, selecting, rack loading, hot cart processing, expediting, pack error resolution. The Supervisor is also responsible for training and staff development.  

Key Responsibilities: The Team Business Department Supervisor will provide inventory/exception root cause research.  He/she will also be responsible for the development and training of associates. He/she is responsible for driving performance and accuracy goals via coaching and feedback.

• Impact on Business – The Team Business Supervisor is responsible for his/her own work and the management of others. He/she is also responsible for day-to-day work performance and accuracy of others.  The successful Supervisor will exhibit strong leadership skills which will guide his/her decision making.
• Customer/Suppliers/Third Parties – The position will interact/communicate with Shipping/ Forklift/Wave Planning/Quality Control and Inventory Control departments as well as internal department communication with management team.
• Leadership/Management Responsibilities –    Uses sound judgement to determine most efficient way to complete task at hand.  Exercises considerable judgement in working independently to meet objectives or take a project from inception to completion. Responsible for managing labour, payroll and costs. Provide detailed root cause analysis for all incorrect shipments to internal/external customers. Monitor/analyse department fill rate, chargebacks, Etc.

 Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications: 

• B.S. degree preferred or 3 years of proven experience.
• Leadership and Supervisory experience required.
