An Oracle Data Centre Technician (Junior IC1) will be the technical liaison between the technology teams and the Data Centre Environment.
You will be trained to understand all aspects of the equipment you support, troubleshoot and solve complex infrastructure issues, create and maintain documentation on technologies you support.
You will also execute small projects on your own and work with your manager in planning and executing larger local projects. Some travel will be involved.

Monitor the fundamental server/network capacity. Determine the characteristics of a problem and either resolve the problem immediately and/or record, escalate, and track the problem through to closure and to the customer*s satisfaction.
Work involves some problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and procedures. BS in Computer Science or related field.
