Job Description\: We are currently looking for experienced administrator/engineer to help define and deliver Global IT Mobile Solutions that exceed employee expectations. Working in the Employee Compute organization, the successful applicant will provide senior administrative support for vmWare Workstation One (aka.Airwatch) and also provide engineering capability for analysing, selecting, implementing, and supporting mobile solutions. The position requires an established record that can demonstrate consistent delivery of high-quality solutions that meet the business requirements.

You will be a leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills.

Responsibilities\:
    Provide support and administration for existing solutions deployed by Global IT.
    Monitor, Maintain and Administer Corporate-Wide UEM/EMM Solution in conjunction with agreed policies, standards, and operating practices especially regarding data privacy.
    Mobile operating systems expert including Android and iOS and their relevant development/deployment programs.
    Familiarization with MacOS and Windows 10 platforms to assist with design and delivery of new UEM features.
    Creating and maintaining operational support documents, user guides, self-help guides for implemented solutions.
    Work with various internal teams such as Risk Management and Service Transition to implement solutions.
    Create and deliver training packages to various support teams across IT.
    Troubleshoot and resolve issues as required, and propose and implement changes aimed at continuous improvement.
    Work with multiple Engineering and Operations teams to collaborate on projects and integration.
    Maintain development, stage, and production environments to implement new device policies and test upgrades.
    Works closely with 3rd party vendor support teams to provide solutions.
    Acts in a leadership role to guide and mentor Mobile Support Virtual Team members.

Core technical qualifications\:
    Experience of vmWare Workstation One (or other UEM platform).
    Experience with mobile solutions, especially for iOS and Android.
    Experience deploying mobile applications in the Enterprise.
    Ability to develop automated administration code.
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into architectural solutions.

Qualifications\:
    Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science (or equivalent).
    3 years mobile experience.
    Enterprise integration experience.
    Experience in designing and implementing advanced technology architecture.
    Experience with integration of multi-user, multi-platform, complex solutions.
    Workspace One Administrator experience or certification preferred.!|!Define, design, and implement network communications and solutions within a fast-paced, leading edge database/applications company.

Responsible for creating and implementing system enhancements that will improve the performance and reliablility of the system. Manage the load configurations of a central data communication processor and make recommendations for purchase or upgrade of data networks. Coordinate terminal orders and cable installation, network system planning, upgrading, monitoring, testing, and servicing. Approves action requests and specifies purchase requisitions. Negotiates and places orders with common carriers. May play a team leader role for developing System Administrators.

Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Eight years of related experience in a medium to large network distributed and computing environment. BS in Computer Science or related field.
