The work is done in a team of global experts, it is a state of the art project with strong customer facing.  Work closely with the bank representatives to understand their business needs, analyze potential solutions, determine requirements necessary to support those solutions and implement them successfully. Work closely with IBM Business Leaders & architects to design a world class solution. Actively participate in regular meetings, document requirements, and ensure requirements are met through the design, development and testing cycles of the project.  
 Requirement:  
·    5+ years of experience in Business/System analysis
·    Proficiency in analysis and development of COBOL/CICS/DBL applications
·    Strong analytical, good problem solving skills
·    Demonstrated communication and customer interfacing skills
·    High level of English and Hebrew
·    Preferable: Knowledge of Financial Services: Retail banking (general) and products of checking account, deposits,
      saving accounts, saving plans and consumer loans, Experience in Agile methodology

 Work location: Tel-Aviv
