Job Description

A primary point of contact for customers, you are responsible for facilitating customer relationships with ACS Support Services organization and providing advice and assistance to internal Oracle employees on diverse customer situations and escalated issues. You will be acting as experienced techno-functional consultant who has a solid understanding of basic business concepts and practices in the area of Human Resources.

The candidate should be able to operate independently to provide quality work products, and perform varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment.

At Oracle Egypt we are looking for HCM Consultant-Tech Manager with Oracle Fusion HCM experience and over 7-12+ years of IT experience with at least 2-5 years of Fusion experience and remaining years of HCM domain experience in Oracle EBS.

If you are selected you should be willing to work in shifts if required as our customers are spread across various countries in EMEA/globally.

 

Responsibilities

· Works with the client to understand requirements, functionality and business processes

· Translate customer requirements into deliverable Oracle products and services

· Provide functional and technical assessment of implemented solutions, with recommendations for enhanced processes, best usage of Oracle applications features and better performance results

· Develops test plans, procedures and running the tests accordingly

· Support Oracle HCM products and services in line with the contractual agreement

· Works with support to resolve Customers SRs.

· Conduct knowledge transfer sessions both within the Oracle team and to end users.

· Work closely with the technical team and delivery leaders to provide engagements work estimates and drive excellence in functional work.

· Ensures that new services are appropriately captured and put in ACS corporate repository

· Proactively maintains knowledge of Oracle's current and future products/solutions offerings for the specified HR area.

 

 

Requirements:

· Strong Project management experience with at least 4-5 projects leading Implementation & Support Projects. Good to have PMI and ITIL Certified.

· Strong communication and customer facing skills involving negotiation and pre-sales activities. Good Communications and a Team Player

· Ability to lead the team and drive the customer service meetings.

· Oracle HCM Modules - Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management and Benefits.

Oracle HCM Cloud Technical skills - Fast Formula, BI & OTBI Reports, Value Set, UDT, Personalization, data loading tools (HDL, HSDL), HCM Extract.

• At least 2-3 Oracle Fusion HCM implementations or Support exposure with module-leading hands on experience in any of the two modules

• Should have extensively worked on Oracle EBS/Fusion Payroll processes

• Should have experience in implementing and supporting Payroll customer

• Extensive knowledge on functional setups of Business Group, Organizations, Departments, Divisions, Operating Units, etc.

• Should be able to write Fast Formula needed and work on Approval Management Engine.

• Worked on end to end implementation in Global HR, Payroll, Compensation and Benefit modules, creating value sets and using them in flex fields like Descriptive / Extensible.

• Experience in Element Configuration using Payroll Batch Loader, has good knowledge of fast formulas and wrote fast formulas

• Ability to work on various assignments simultaneously

• Excellent Analytical and Debugging skills on problem Solving in Fusion Cloud environment. Should have good knowledge on SQL, PL/SQL and will be able to create reports in OTBI using SQLs.

• Must have good issue debugging skills in Fusion Environment and must know Oracel cloud support processes.

· Knowledge on Oracle cloud quarterly upgrades and will be able to wok with Oracle Cloud Support effectively.

• Ability to work on various assignments

As a member of the Support organization, your focus is to deliver post-sales support and solutions to the Oracle customer base while serving as an advocate for customer needs. This involves resolving post-sales non-technical customer inquiries via phone and electronic means, as well as, technical questions regarding the use of and troubleshooting for our Electronic Support Services. As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will interface with the customer*s IT staff on a regular basis. Either at the client*s site or from a remote location, you will be responsible for resolution of moderately complex technical problems related to the installation, recommended maintenance and use and repair/workarounds for Oracle products. You should be highly experienced in some Oracle products and several platforms that are being supported. You will be expected to work with only general guidance from management while advising management on progress/status.

Job duties are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment. May have project lead role. Because of substantial customer interfacing, a demonstrated ability to work with customers on an independent basis with exceptional communication skills, while consistently achieving the highest levels of customer satisfaction is essential. A Bachelor*s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience is preferred with five years related experience. Experience with Oracle*s core products, applications, and tools is important.
