Job Description
IBM is looking for someone to manage and maintain TRIRIGA software system and network configuration for Department of Justice. Job duties will include:
- Run and manage periodic networks, system updates, system security, and troubleshoot system issues.
- Monitor system performance and maintain system according to requirements.
- System has several interfaces, which require review and maintenance.
- Contact appropriate individuals about system interfaces and issues.
- Ensure security through access controls and backups.
- Support and maintain TRIRIGA servers for Department of Justice.
- Develop BIRT reports using Eclipse 4.6 or higher.
- Read Reports built with JAVA scripts.
- Maintain 5 separate system environments, each of which runs on a cluster of 2 Linux and 1 Windows box.
- Manage assigned software development tickets through Rational Tick.
