A hands-on, high-energy experienced professional is welcome to our Talent Advisor’s team.
We are a team of 20+ recruiters taking care of product development and technical positions in Oracle EMEA region. Sitting in CZ (full time remote is OK for us!), you will be recruiting for CZ teams mainly, but with overlap to hire candidates and teams into other EMEA countries as well.
Job duties are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment. May have project lead role.
Ideal profile is mixture of excellent interpersonal & organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a high volume, fast-paced environment where priorities change frequently. You should be a self-starting multi-tasker who is accustomed to providing quality customer service in a client-driven team environment, with a proven ability to deliver results. We offer an atmosphere that is friendly team-based and results-driven.
Skills/experience we search for:
- Demonstrated record of measurable success in a fast paced, high volume environment.
- Experience with targeting and recruiting top notch Oracle professionals.
- Ability to target candidates and recruit individuals at all levels - fresh graduate developers, Senior QA engineers, Principal Product managers, UX designers or Security experts.
- Experience in a variety of sourcing methodologies - LinkedIn is a base, what else do you use? Each recruiter combines a mixture of sources to fullfill the variety of positions we are hiring.
- 3 years recruiting experience in a high technology or agency environment.
- Very good knowledge of English - daily communication with team, hiring managers and candidates in ENG.
- Last point, very important is to-do attitude.
