Your new role – challenging and future oriented • Researching and conducting data and preparing presentations, memos, letters, and other documents • Handling basic bookkeeping tasks, such as purchase orders, invoices, travel expense claims • Using various software, including Excel, Power Point, databases, and presentation software • Reading and analyzing incoming memos, submissions, and distributing them as needed • Translating memos, email correspondence and other ad hoc documents if needed • Filling and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports • Organizing meetings (logistical and operational support) • Accurately recording minutes from meetings • Answering phones and routing calls to the correct person or taking messages • Greeting visitors and deciding if they should be given an appointment • Making travel arrangements for the team • Performing office duties that include ordering supplies and managing a records database • Opening, sorting and distributing incoming emails, and other correspondence • Providing general administrative support Your qualifications – solid and appropriate • High School Degree minimum; University or College degree will be considered a plus • Information literacy and IT fluency • Professional level verbal and written communications skills in English and Serbian (German in addition is advantage) • Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities • Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills • Discretion and trustworthiness We are looking forward to meeting you!
