Your Role and Responsibilities : Support engagement of new client in GCG. Analysis business requirement in high-tech industry and deliver high quality requirement definition. Design , implement, test and maintenance in project period Prepare project deliverables Conduct client session to collect user's requirement and can feedback to client promptly

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

3+ years experience of MES/RTD/Equipment Automation in Raw Wafer, Foundary, Semiconductor, TFT-LCD industry
3+ years experience in software developing with C++ , J2EE
Domain knowledge in business sector such as  Manufacuring, Quality, Equipment Automation etc.
Familiar with MES solution and equipment automation in high-tech company
Experience in Linux / Unix
Familiar with Oracle / DB2  or other database brand
Advanced level of English
Experience in Service Oriented Architecture(SOA) or familiar with BPM
Fasten to learn and team work manner

Eligibility Requirements

• As a Business Analyst in MES (Manufacturing Execution System) solution of semiconductor or flat panel display industry, you'll need to:
   
• carry out research and requirements collection to understand the manufacturing process flow;
• conduct analysis of manufacturing business and process flow;
• interview the client's employees, management team and other stakeholders;
• run focus groups and facilitate workshops;
• prepare business proposals and presentations;
