Technical Sales Manager (Signalling and Communication)

Responsibilities:
Act as the primary interface to assigned customer accounts, representing the company with integrity and professionalism.
Achieve the sales targets assigned in compliance with the company strategy.
Manage offers submission and negotiation according to delegated authority.
Identify and assess market trends, business opportunities, customer needs and orientations, competitors, and potential strategic partners.
Work lead multi-disciplinary Bid Teams (Technical, Finance, Commercial, Legal, Quality, HSE, Operations) both locally and abroad to deliver high quality business winning proposals
Lead POC, benchmark, evaluations
Clarify use cases, needs of customer
Define scope of POC / pilots as needed
Provide workload / planning estimate for POC / pilots as needed
Requirements:
Individuals who meet the following requirements or possess the equivalent combination of competence and experience are invited to apply:
Engineering degree in Electronics / Mechanical or Telecommunication discipline
At least 3 years managerial experience
At least 5 years in project, technical support, deployment or development of Systems.
Sales Experience with railway system is highly preferred
Solid experience in per-sales works and tendering works
Basic knowledge of railway signalling system is preferred
Good Knowledge of Railway Communication System, i.e. Data Network, PA, CCTV, PIDS, MCS etc
Knowledge on big data / digitalization concept on different railway system
Able to consistently meeting deadline and be organized
Technical writing
Excellent command of written & spoken Chinese and English is required
