Job Description

Introduction

Implementation of regional biz development plan, strategic actions and budget plan, and responsible in pipe line development, bidding strategy, market activity etc, ensure the region / office performance on track with BTA. 

What are my responsibilities?

  • Get to know market transparency and market intelligence by region / office / by product 
  • Implementation of regional development plan, strategic actions and budget plan by region/product, and end user the TP performance on track with BTA
  • Develop project pipe line and follow up project with sales / solely in region / office, and support front sales in pre-sales phase.
  • Develop pipeline review systematic in region, prepare report for TP & OC management / working out bidding strategy together with sales /OC
  • Support BU organization for product marketing activities and sales trainings
  • Regularly review Salesforce pipeline status and end user on time updated together with sales

What do I need to qualify for this job?

  • >5 years working experiences in technical / sales field of an electrical equipment manufacturer/power supply utility or relevant
  • Familiar with High Voltage Products
  • Independent competence to develop project and whole sales phase
  • Team work spirit 
  • Willing to accept business trip up to 30%
