Job Description
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Perform regular inspections to all equipment rooms and other M&E facilities;
Record all information on the predefined checklists;
Perform regular inspections on incidental and project works, record all information onto the predefined checklists;
Respond to emergency calls and arrange vendors for ad-hoc maintenance and/or emergency repairs;
Provide immediate response and support to incidents;
Supervise all PPM and ad hoc repair works; report to Facilities Manager/Engineer if any abnormalities found;
Carry out minor M&E repairs according to Wellington’s requirements;
Assist the FE in addressing all routine M&E issues;
Assist in following up with equipment moves, adds & changes (MAC) implementation;
Assist with daily facility walk about to conduct visual checking of facilities;
Supervise and support vendor for any maintenance/ repair work in pantry (refrigerator, water boiler, microwave oven & disinfectant cabinet), to avoid any damage/impact to existing facilities
Assist to oversee the PPM plan, ad-hoc & regular TCM schedules;
Provide technical recommendations & walk through of weekend work plan to duty technicians;
Carry out any other duties as assigned by the site lead and/or FE;
Follow up on the routine PPM work till completion;
Responsible for delivery of services in accordance with client’s Management Contract SLA;
Ensure compliance with all local governmental regulations and legislations;
Support events held in Wellington as per requirement.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS A technical qualification in Electrical or Mechanical with vocational certifications;
2-3 years of practical experience in facilities and plant maintenance;
Ability to communicate in both spoken and written English and Chinese would be advantageous.
Pleasant personality and customer oriented.
