Job Description
  • Manage a sales database, ensuring all calls are logged accurately, including contact details, result of calls, and any follow up dates or other action required
  • Conduct one-to-one marketing / sales to prospective customers through telephone calls (warm-calls) in a professional manner and send out relevant marketing information through fax / email
  • Understand and communicate up to date information on the products and services offered by HKTDC
  • Maintain and develop relationships with potential and existing customers via telephone calls and emails
  • Convey customers’ feedback to the supervisor
  • Provide after sales services and administrative support when necessary

Requirements:

  • Matriculated or above
  • Experienced in telesales; currently working in related field is preferred
  • Self-motivated, aggressive and result-oriented
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Good telephone manner, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Tools
  • Fluent in spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
Remuneration and Benefits:

The successful candidate will be appointed on a fixed-term contract basis, renewable subject to operational needs. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
