Job Description
Job summary Roles & Responsibilities
• Drive revenue and market share in a defined territory or industry vertical
• Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets
• Develop and execute against a comprehensive account/territory plan
• Create & articulate compelling value propositions around AWS services
• Accelerate customer adoption
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline & reporting
• Work with partners to extend reach & drive adoption
• Possess the technical ability to explain (not implement) Cloud Computing, infrastructure solutions (Server, Storage, DC Services) & Internet architectures (firewalls, load balancers, etc)
• Develop case studies
• Manage contract negotiations
• Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts
• Develop account plan for key accounts and territory
• Ensure customer satisfaction (managing pre-sales and post sales customer experience)
• Moderate travel within the region (North, East, South or Central)

Basic qualifications
• 5+ years of technology related sales or business development experience
• BA/BS degree
• Fluent in Mandarin (Putonghua) & proficient in English communication in a multinational organization

Preferred qualifications
• Masters in related field or MBA
• A technical sales background with solutions and IT services to IT industry, SMB customers, startups or state-owned enterprise, with direct field experience in working with enterprise accounts across assigned territory
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Extensive customer & contact network
• Sales experience with virtualization/infrastructure solutions
