Job Description

Oracle Financing (OFD) provides custom payment solutions to customers acquiring Oracle products and solutions from Oracle or a distribution partner.  Established in 1989, Oracle Financing has over 15,000 customers, provides coverage in over 70 countries and provides solutions to customers of all sizes.

 

Oracle Financing’s Sales group is responsible for executing OFD’s initiatives for the Oracle product teams (Tech, Apps, OCS, Oracle Digital, etc.). This individual will work with Oracle sales representatives to expertly position outcome based financial solutions with Oracle’s customers.  The person will be required to manage transactions from origination through to pricing, structuring and booking, and additional responsibilities will include training sales on Oracle Financing’s product offerings and executing OFD’s marketing campaigns.  This position requires excellent negotiation, telephone, face-to-face and presentation skills.

 

The individual will\:

  • Integrate into Oracle’s sales teams, partnering with sales representatives to create payment solutions that meet customer’s needs and enable the sale.
  • Communicate knowledge and awareness of market, past successes/solutions and best practices to help facilitate the closing of business.
  • Provide training on Oracle Financing’s product offerings and how best to utilize them in various sales situations.
  • Collaborate with OFD Marketing in the visualization, planning and execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Build relationships with OFD customer base and new customers.
  • Meet assigned license volume and target penetration goals
 
  • Minimum of 2 years inside or direct sales experience with Oracle Digital
  • Proficiency at building and maintaining internal and external relationships
  • Experience working in a team setting but also able to work independently
  • Demonstrated background in finance with a knowledge of financing and leasing products and pricing structures
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail
  • High energy, goal-oriented
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or related business experience
  • Fluent Arabic and English required

!|!The Financing Program Sales Representative provides payment solutions to customers in support of acquiring Oracle and Partner products and services. This senior-level position serves the small-to-large-sized marketplace, utilizing a programmatic approach to achieve goals in a fast-paced, high-volume, small-to-large-sized deals, short cycle sales environment to include Oracle Digital, NetSuite and Partners.

Primarily operates inside Oracle offices, connecting with sales colleagues and customers electronically. Helps with the development of demand generation campaigns. Participates with Oracle product sales in forecast reviews. Works closely with Oracle cloud, license, hardware, consulting, support and other Oracle services sales teams to identify customers that will benefit from payment plans and acquisition solutions. Qualifies potential opportunities in the Oracle leads pipeline. Evangelizes the financial sales value proposition with Oracle Sales and Customers. Works with Customers to understand their issues and objectives. Assesses customer financial profile and obtains credit and business approvals. Creates pricing and proposals for Oracle Sales and Customers. Generates and negotiates payment contracts. Assists with the contract review and signing process. Contributes through expertise. Duties and tasks are varied and are complex requiring independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise - anticipates problems and develops contingency plans. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of an assignment. Employees may be asked to perform other duties as necessary.

5 plus years of sales experience, with prior Oracle Digital Sales experience a plus. Strong presentation skills. Knowledge of credit, financial analysis, financial concepts, and financial pricing. BA/BS in Business, Finance or Economics. Experience in IT financing and leasing is a plus. MBA a plus. Proven ability to sell to business customers and ability to communicate effectively with high level decision makers. Experience with Channels sales. Contract negotiation experience. Job duties are varied and complex, needing independent judgment. May have project lead role.
