Areas of Responsibilities/Tasks:

• Establish testing protocol according to product's design and related standard, or request from specific customer request. 根据产品的设计和相关标准，或者根据客户的特殊需求制定测试大纲。

• Based on test standard and technology, define test bench requirement, plan test field layout, and lead the implementation. 基于测试标准及工艺要求，定义测试设备的技术要求，规划测试区，并领导实施。

• Make maintenance strategy for all testing equipment. 制定全部测试区的维护策略。

• Support test technology engineer to solve test failures/problems during production. 支持测试工艺工程师，处理测试过程中的故障或技术问题。

• Support other functions or organizations about testing topics. 关于测试问题，支持其他职能或组织。

Required Knowledge/Skill/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or above, major in Electrical Engineering or Automation.

• More than 5 years experience of test engineer in related manufacturing industry.

• Excellent English communication skill.
