NetSuite is our latest acquisition in on demand Cloud software. We are continuing to grow our business development program on a global scale and need an operations minded individual to support growth projects and administrative function.  
The Business Development Representative (BDR) Program prepares recent college graduates for an exciting and rewarding sales career in the highly competitive cloud-business arena. The 15 - 18 month program is designed to train candidates on all things sales and NetSuite while they perform lead gen/inside sales activities for the sales teams with the end goal of promotion into the broader sales organization. Because of this programmatic approach, the BDR team is in a constant state of hiring, training, and promoting – this is where the BDR Effectiveness Team provides support.  

The Business Development Effectiveness Team is responsible for training BDRs and BDR managers on everything from how to prospect into a cold account through demoing and selling their first deal at NetSuite. We are a global organizing spanning 2 countries today with expected growth into other global markets.  
  
Key Responsibilities include\:

Supporting new hire onboarding and training
Supporting reinforcement exercises and getting necessary certifications to lead continued training
Content creation for new initiatives in development BDR training and BDR Manager training
Working cross-functionally to bring in resources and feedback from our Sales Leadership, BDR Leadership, Professional Services team, SuiteSuccess Team, Enablement Team, and Solutions Consulting team 
Scheduling and delivering weekly trainings to audience of 40 individuals at one time
Organizing large training events 4 times a year

 
Qualifications/Skills\:
1-2 years of experience in sales
Proficient to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint, and Outlook
Comfortable navigating multiple internal departments
Excellent communication (written, oral) skills 
Detail oriented 
Strong sense of urgency to complete projects on time

!|!Responsible for delivering training on Oracle methodologies or product/solutions to sales and sales consulting personnel. Ensures successful delivery of training engagements with a high level of satisfaction. Provides sales or Oracle domain expertise in one or more skills or solution areas. Work with Sales, Product Marketing, Product Development and other counterparts to facilitate training content development and delivery. Become the knowledge expert on areas of delivery.

Facilitate meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction targets by delivering quality training in classroom environments and or over the Web. Maintain deep knowledge and skill level while demonstrating expertise for all designated topics, plus additional, complementary topics and/or best practices. Articulate at a granular level a respective concept or solution*s vision, capabilities, business value during offerings to both sales and sales consulting audiences. Consult/work with Subject Matter Experts, Sales Performance Designers, etc., in order to deliver the material in an effective and engaging way. Provide analysis and feedback on training events to program teams or management regarding training results. Meet or exceed utilization expectations. Successfully manage the training environment while reporting and resolving issues.

Duties and tasks are standard with some variation. Completes own role largely independently within defined policies and procedures. Excellent presentation, communication and writing skills. Ability to multi-task and superior time-management skills. Ability to handle diverse groups of employees, including an international audience. Ability to establish credibility and create confidence quickly and easily. Excellent organization and prioritization skills with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Maintain high student satisfaction scores on post-class surveys. Business travel of up to 75 percent annually may be expected for this position. Typically 2 - 5 years relevant experience with typically at least 3 years of experience in sales, sales consulting, professional services, alliances, channels, education or related area applying sales or sales consulting skills, concepts, best practices and practical experience to Oracle or competitor*s solutions. Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience.
