Job Description
- Organize meetings, training and seminars
- Ensure follow-up of the department’s budget
- Directly responsible for some topics initially defined by the manager (supplier contacts, production of documents, …
- support manager to implement global or customized training programs for each store and/or staff members
- Make qualitative feedback on our products sell-out
- Training materials translation and preparation.
- Monitor market competition and report information
- Training facility design and set up before training
- Conference searching and reservation
- Training course scheduling, trainee arrangement.
- Support manager to develop creativity among clients and their teams, linked to new products
- Execute mystery shopper related task
- Coach beauty advisor regarding customer service and sales skill

Preferred qualification:
- 二年以上訓練或相關經驗
- 有專櫃或業務背景佳
- 熟悉美妝產業及美妝品
- 口語表達能力佳
- 良好溝通技巧
- 熱情有活力、主動積極
- 中文聽說讀寫流利
- 中等英文程度
