• Certify AT/AD/ET in term of training in North
• Conduct training courses related to core competencies to improve and develop AT/AD/ET as work requirement
• Design required training programs
• Assess training capability of AT/AD/ET through training quality control
• Support other stakeholders by training activities.
• The work could be reassigned when the business has change
