Job responsibilities:

• In charge of training and development for AD/AT/ET North
• Certify AT/AD/ET in term of training
• Conduct training courses related to core competencies to improve and develop AT/AD/ET as work requirement
• Design required training programs
• Assess training capability of AT/AD/ET through training quality control
• Support other stakeholders in training activities
• The work could be resigned when the business has changes

Job requirements:

• University degree preferred pedagogy
• At least 3 years in training at life insurance. At least 05 years involved in designing / quality functions
• Preferred industry certifications (LIMRA/Loma)
• Presentation, designing, training and communication skills are critical
