We are looking for a training specialist to develop and deliver training to our advertising sales teams. The training specialist plays a key role in developing the sales teams’ knowledge in our advertising products and business by designing and developing training programs aimed at increasing knowledge and proficiency. We are looking for an experienced training professional to partner with sales leadership and subject matter experts to build, iterate and execute training development. These responsibilities could include, and are not limited to:
a) Create, organize, administer, maintain and manage product training curricula
b) Build and deliver innovative training that is easily absorbed and applied across in-person, virtual, video and self-directed modalities
c) Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously and mitigate risks to eliminate potential roadblocks in the design, development and implementation of training
d) Refine training content and presentations based on local audience needs
e) Partner with peers and provide feedback on learning objectives and content outlines, as needed
f) Oversee and/or QA of translated content (text, image, video.., etc.)
g) Facilitate and deliver internal and external training programs to sales teams, agencies, advertisers, etc.
h) Assess the impact of training and measure knowledge retention
i) Master training software and learning systems to deliver training and report on training effectiveness, iterating on content and delivery as needed
j) Manage training logistics, including scheduling conference rooms, meeting requests, and ordering catering
