Key job responsibilities
Overall, the Training Specialist will be responsible for driving high quality training provided to CN PSS teams, and play a significant role in learner's success.

The key responsibilities include evaluating specialists training needs, develop and deliver instructor-led or blended training batches in Chinese & English, learning management system administration, training system administration and coordination for New Hire, upskill, specialty training and training certification programs for CN PSS teams. Training coordination will include communicating with appropriate business owners and specialists, Training Managers, other Seller Support Trainers, Training Matter Experts and Localization/ Instructional Designers to ensure all trainings are conducted on-time and with sufficient resources and facilities. Training Specialist reports to Site Training Manager.

This role needs to lead and participate regional programs, as well as facilitate and supporting global programs launches from training perspective. In addition, the Training Specialist will partner with the Global/Regional Training Manager to administer testing and certification, managing the training calendar, training reporting, scheduling, and partner with leadership to deliver all training requests. This role will also include using surveys, assessments, quality metrics and other available tools to evaluate the effectiveness of training and assess learner skill development and progression quality.
