• In charge of develop partners, including ET and GA staff
• Certify AT/AD/ET in term of training
• Conduct training courses related to core competencies to improve and develop ET as work requirement
• Design required training programs for ET/GA staff
• Be involved in ET recruitment progress
• Tasks will be reassigned when the business has changes.
