Job Description

What are my responsibilities?

  • Work together with relevant stakeholders in project pre-requisition phase/feasibility study phase to influence customer towards Siemens Energy solutions.
  • Define Bid/Win Strategy together, including market situation, Customer’s value orientation and preference, Competition Analysis, target price/efficiency, etc.
  • Establish the most suitable and competitive technical solution based on bid/win strategy, including but not limited to selecting the right type of equipment, scope of supply and optimized components; Responsible for the technical clarification and negotiation with customer.
  • Coordinate with proposal team to prepare the tender document within customer requested time period; Go through internal process for GO/NO GO, BID/NO BID, T-LOA, etc.
  • Support Commercial negotiation. Handover contract to PM. Adjust where necessary to bring the project to a success
  • Establish and maintain the partnership with Design Institutes, Distributor, EPC contractors, supporting them from technical side. Channel performance review mechanism setup.
  • Update market and customer requirements/trends for related product developments; Support localization plan, Reference Power Study as well as other company strategies
  • Fulfill the sales target and excel the expectation.

What do I need to qualify for the job?

  • Bachelor degree and above in electrical engineering is preferred. 
  • >5 years in related experience in the Power Industry.
  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience related to Sales and Tendering.
  • Good command of English speaking
  • good communication for both externals and internals
  • Customer-Oriented
