You will be joining the SuiteAnalytics team, whose mission is to help our customers understand their own customers through data. You will be responsible for creating features and designs that provide excellent experiences for both data experts and casual users.

You will work closely with mentors who have many years of experience in user experience research, as well as with a cross-functional team. This presents a great opportunity for you to learn and kickstart your design career.

During the interview process, you will meet with Tom Koliba, who is leading the team, and your direct manager, Nazarena Parenti.

Required Skills/Experience

As mentioned, we are looking for an individual who is currently enrolled in or has recently graduated (within the last 12 months) from an undergraduate university degree program in Psychology, Product/Industrial Design, HCI, Human Factors, Digital and Interaction Design, or a related field.

Our Expectations:

· Basic knowledge of design principles and methodologies

· You have taken on a side project, part-time job, or any outside university activity related to UX or product design

· Open-minded, curious, and resilient personality--you must be able to embrace feedback and have a desire for continuous iteration and improvement

· Flexibility to work with geographically distributed teams

· Solid written and verbal communication skills (English is essential; other European language skills are a bonus).
