We’re looking for a talented UX designer to join our International Experience Design team (EMEA) in Brno (other European locations considered). You will be focusing on the internationalisation and localisation efforts for the EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) region, working collaboratively with Product Managers, researchers, and designers globally. Primarily, your work will focus on understanding and building last-mile functionality, ensuring that the NetSuite global product portfolio feels local to the customer and meets their needs.

What You’ll Do

  • Hands-on, creative problem-solving for a cloud enterprise software system.
  • Deliver last-mile product localisation to meet the needs of our international users.
    • Design solutions: task flows, customer journeys, information architecture diagrams, low fidelity mock-ups, interaction specifications and prototypes.
  • Work with an international, multi-disciplined UX team of designers, user researchers and product managers in a fast-paced, dynamic, agile environment.
    • Own design problems, work with Product Management to understand needs, consult with UX Research for user clarity, and know when and how to push for collaboration for design success.
    • Work with and support user research to understand needs and define workflows.
  • Present design alternatives and effectively communicate rationale and trade-offs.
    • Demonstrate a passion for iteration by proactively sharing your work and requesting feedback.
  • Manage and prioritise multiple projects of varying timelines, complexity, and scope.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of advancements in software design, industry standards, changes, and trends in UX/Product Design.
  • Understanding of Enterprise software design or a willingness to learn.

What you bring

  • An inquisitive and analytical, problem-solving mind
  • Solid and relevant 5-years+ experience in the field of User Experience Design, preferentially in B2B Commerce, Finance or Banking.
    • Degree in Product/Industrial Design, Human Factors, Human-Computer Interaction or related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Experience working in Agile environments and the business opportunities/constraints implied.
    • If you’ve had to consider localisation or internationalisation needs as part of your work - that’s a bonus.
    • Experience with ‘big data software’ is a huge plus.
  • Online portfolio demonstrating experience applying design thinking or other UCD processes to produce sketches, wireframes, mock-ups, prototypes, task flows, or relevant design artefacts.
    • Proven proficiency with design tools (ex. Figma and Miro)
  • Fluent in English (additional languages a bonus); excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work with geographically distributed teams.

About us

  • NetSuite XD has over 40 team members worldwide; we are a talented and experienced team; some of us have over 20+ years of experience in design, research or visual design, which leads to interesting collaborations.
