Main Tasks:

1. Support roll out of WWTP and project management strategy, implementation and development;

2. Manage local third party WWTP team to implement operation, maintenance, waste water trentment Cost and KPI′s performance oriented;

3. Balance WWTP operation Budget and Estimate, monitor process and completion, ensuring operation efficiency;

4. Follow up Firmenich engineering standards and Implement processes in project;

5. Support for driving the improvements in operation costs and efficiencies through the implementation of KPIs;

6. Setting and managing the WWTP operation activiti, technical support and continuous improvments;

7. Site project implement and management support;

8. Responsible for the development of WWTP Technicians in line with company guidelines - competencies and skills are developed and progressed to an agreed department vision;

9. Ensuring the sharing of best practices within the site;

10. WWTP Process Confirmations operation SOP;

11. Work closely with HSE to implement HSE standards and best practice in operation;

12. Ensure the waste water and gas discharge meet the law and code requirement.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education Level:

? College degree in WWTP or environmental related major.

Previous Professional Experience:

? At least 5 years WWTP , engineering project management experience;

? More than 3 years working in similar positions in FMCG or chemical companies.

Competencies:

? Able to multitask and complete multiple requests on-time;

? Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills;

? Strong analytical skills with demonstrated problem solving ability;

? Ability to adapt well to change;

? Must be thorough and attentive to details.

Technical & IT skills:

? Water treatment process and environmental protecting technical knowledge;

? Familiar with operation practices in a manufacturing environment;

? Ability to learn work in multiple applications and program systems;

? Well versed in Microsoft Programs (Excel, PowerPoint word, Outlook etc.);

? Familiar with running reports and creating Presentations a plus.

Language Skills:

? English Read/Write;

? English Verbal.
