Location: Zhangjiagang , Jiangsu

Key Responsibilities:
Support roll out of wastewater treatment and project management strategy, implementation and development.
Manage local third party WWTP team to implement operation, maintenance, waste water treatment Cost and KPI´s performance oriented.
Support for driving the improvements in operation costs and efficiencies through the implementation of KPIs.
Setting and managing the WWTP operation activity, technical support and continuous improvements.
Responsible for the development of WWTP Technicians in line with company guidelines - competencies and skills are developed and progressed to an agreed department vision.
Work closely with HSE to implement HSE standards and best practice in operation.

We value:
Bachelor major in environment protection or related to wastewater treatment

At least 5 years WWTP , engineering project management experience

More than 3 years working in similar positions in FMCG or chemical companies

Familiar with operation practices in a manufacturing environment

Ability to learn work in multiple applications and program systems

Well versed in Microsoft Programs (Excel, PowerPoint word, Outlook etc.)
