Job summary
We are hiring a Wireless Hardware Production System Engineer based in Shenzhen or Shanghai to bring unique expertise to collectively take Amazon products from concept to mass production. All members of this engineering team constantly improve manufacturing process, and maximize productivity while eliminating waste. We are looking for candidates with at least 4 years industrial experience and possess wireless fundamentals on at least one wireless technology such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Zigbee, LoRa, and cellular standards.

Key job responsibilities
The primary responsibilities of this role include failure analysis, manufacturing process improvement, and product quality bar-raising. The candidate will work closely with wireless HW/SW team, QA team, Operation team, Product & Test Engineering team to facilitate successful production of wireless device. The candidate need to analyze results with other RF engineers to identify the root cause in NPI stages, and provide guidance for future wireless architecture improvement. This candidate will also innovate for lean manufacturing and create new features to delight customers.
