Your Role and Responsibilities :

IBM are looking for a certified Workday Functional Consultant with experience of delivering core HR, to join a new Workday team in our team in Poland. You will have the opportunity to work on global projects, including our own internal Workday implementation, which is the largest Workday delivery programme to date.   Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Certified in Core HR for Workday Completion of at least 1 end-to-end Workday implementation – preferably a global roll-out Knowledge of localization and legislative requirements in various countries in Western Europe e.g. UK, Germany, France Shares knowledge and information through regular communications and facilitation Display sound analytical problem-solving capabilities Configuring the Workday Functional/Business Process Core HR solution – employee record and organization structure Supporting testing and resolving issues Experience of working in a large team and contributing positively to the success of the team as a whole Experience of the reporting catalogue and ability to create custom reports Working knowledge of Time Management and Compensation as they integrate with Core HR Staying Current - Staying current with new Workday Core HR updates to ensure latest innovations are activated where they can deliver tactical benefits for IBM     We offer: Opportunity to develop in international environment, in one of the greatest IT Company Broad social benefits (medical care, Benefit System, life insurance) Attractive and stable employment conditions   Are you interested? Complex project delivery and transformation for at least 1 global implementation
