Job Summary

We manage all of Oracle’s employee devices and we want your help to administer all aspects of vmWare Workspace One and its system integrations for a large fleet of Windows, macOS, iOS and Android devices. You will be an advocate for achieving maximum value from the Workspace ONE platform and engaging with vmWare for new required functionality and enhancements.

You will work with a global team in Oracle IT Endpoint Engineering delivering solutions that are used on endpoint device that are relied upon by every employee in the Company so that they can do their job and deliver solutions to our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the environment creating, maintaining, and deploying policy, profiles, and applications
• Manage Windows, macOS, iOS and Android devices including reports and reporting integrations
• Test updates and patches prior to deployment for quality
• Expand service to achieve value of the platform

What We Require:

• System admin experience with Workspace One, AirWatch
• Thorough understanding of all Workspace One features
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Effective working independently and as a team player with great interpersonal skills

Define, design, and implement network communications and solutions within a fast-paced, leading edge database/applications company.

Perform performance trend analysis and manage the server/network capacity. Propose client configuration and implement technical solutions to enhance and/or troubleshoot the system. Work with others to define, coordinate vendor purchase needs. Responsible for support documentation as well.

Job duties are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment. May have project lead role. 5 years of related experience in a medium to large network distributed and computing environment. BS in Computer Science or related field.
