This role is focused on optimising online business via Adobe.com China with focus on enhancing the local experience for our Chinese customers. The individual will work in tandem with the regional GTM & Sales team and China Marketing lead to drive activity in accordance with business growth objectives.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for driving “GTM” (go to market) eCommerce sales initiatives and customer value improvements which are focused on content and user needs specifically aimed at providing a better localised experience and new customer adoption. This would include ideation and planning testing and optimisation areas in order to meet customer growth targets and associated KPIs, aligned with business objectives. Predominantly focused on the initial launch of subscriptions sales across consumer segment. Will manage and monitor effectiveness of sales performance closely aligned with demand generation activity, and constantly optimising the conversion funnel and end to end purchase experience.

Requirements:

  • At least 3-5 years in an eCommerce/online sales or account management role
  • Experience of member/subscription management business is extremely desirable
  • Strong analytical skills, able to manage, interpret and act upon multiple sources of data
  • Good understanding of Chinese online experience including WeChat environment and ability to identify and recommend key improvements and benefits
  • Digital marketing understanding is advantageous, including ability to ideate testing and optimisation ideas
  • Highly obsessed with conversion and new acquisition, but also advocate of customer experience and importance of customer retention

- Good communicator and ability to interact with different groups - marketing, campaign, ops, legal, product, web, eCommerce

- Will have a degree in a related subject - e.g. business studies, computer science, marketing
