Positions: Middle School ESL Teachers (2 Positions)
Key Responsibilities
• Teach ESL courses to middle school students using IGCSE-based materials.
• Develop engaging and interactive lesson plans that cater to the diverse learning needs of students.
• Integrate drama and voice-over activities into the curriculum to enhance students' language skills and confidence.
• Provide individualized support and feedback to help students achieve their learning goals.
• Collaborate with other teachers to create a cohesive and supportive teaching environment.
• Participate in school-wide activities and contribute to the school's vibrant community.
Workload
• 20-25 class hours per week (40 minutes per class hour)
• Weekends off

Requirements
• Native English speaker with excellent oral and written English communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field (Education, English, Linguistics, etc.).
• Prior ESL teaching experience in middle or high school settings, preferably in China.
• Experience teaching drama or voice-over activities is a plus.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment.
• Willingness to accept the school's location and commit to long-term employment without frequent job-hopping.
• Good personal appearance and strong interpersonal skills.
• Healthy, both physically and mentally, with no history of serious illnesses.
