Position: Middle School General Science Teacher
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement teaching plans for middle school general science courses based on the IGCSE curriculum standards.
• Employ a variety of teaching methods to stimulate students' interest and enthusiasm for learning, enhancing their scientific thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Regularly assess and evaluate students' performance, providing timely feedback to both students and parents to support their progress.
• Participate in school-wide curriculum development and teaching research activities to continuously improve teaching content and methods.
• Assist with curriculum management tasks, such as textbook selection and teaching resource integration.
• Adhere to school policies and actively engage in school activities to contribute to a positive campus culture.
Requirements
• Native English speaker with excellent oral and written English communication skills.
• Prior teaching experience in middle school science in China, familiar with the Chinese educational context and student characteristics.
• Experience in curriculum management is a plus, including curriculum planning, textbook writing, and teaching resource development.
• Proficient in the IGCSE curriculum and able to design and deliver lessons in line with international educational standards.
• Good personal appearance and strong communication skills, capable of building positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Healthy, both physically and mentally, with no history of serious illnesses.
• Willing to accept the school's location and commit to long-term employment without frequent job-hopping.
Workload:
• 20-25 class hours per week (40 minutes per class hour)
• Weekends off

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field.
