Your Role and Responsibilities
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide daily operation on site IT technical support for Windows PC/Server OS.
- Provide remote support through telephone or remote desktop.
- Provide basic diagnose and analysis for network trouble shooting
- Provide application support for basic business requirement.
- Guide users to follow up the IT guideline and processes.

Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above
- Simple English reading and writing
- Good experience at Windows OS/Server/Network
- Good interpersonal skill, normal communication & negotiation skill
- Creative problem solving skills, conflict management skill,
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1-2 years’ experience in IT Support/call center IT support
