Job Description
Amazon is growing its Amazon Paid Service strategy aggressively around the world, we are looking for a Business Operation Manager to accelerate China Sellers success on worldwide Amazon Marketplace. You will have the exciting opportunity to shape and deliver our suite of Paid Service products and play a key role to work with multiple internal stakeholders and business teams to contribute on significant service offerings development and improvements, and/or launch to support growth of China Paid Service. Candidates who delight in optimizing scarce resources and can strategically outline effective solutions rapidly should apply.

The Role
The Business Operation Manager will be instrumental in helping our Seller facing teams to drive greater efficiency, productivity, consistency, scalability, and customer value. You will not just be an order taker, but rather a global and local partner helping drive the business and ensuring success for our internal teams as well as our Sellers. The successful candidate must be able to work directly, in a hands-on way, with multiple stakeholders and business teams, on multiple products at one time, as well as provide solutions that are highly usable, scalable, extensible, and maintainable. S/He needs to be passionate about his/her work, self-motivated, detail oriented and have excellent problem solving abilities, as well as superb communication and program/project management skills, and will be able to communicate complex analytical results, both written and verbally, in a clear and easy-to-understand way. The candidate will also be required to deal with highly ambiguous problems, identify root cause, devise and drive towards simple solutions to complex problems.

Primary Responsibilities, include but not limited to:
· Support multiple Amazon Services business and product teams on centralized and standardized operational tasks
· Define business requirements for new and existing processes, responsible for SOP creation & implementation to increase ease and efficiency (with focusing areas in Ads & merchandising)
· Analyze and solve operational barriers with a focus on understanding root causes and driving forward opportunities to enhance productivity and efficiency
· Identify areas of possible process improvements and automation opportunities
· Lead the task management system launch program in CN Paid Service team via closely cooperation with tech/ product/ cross-functional teams/ stakeholders
· Design and lead the offshore program roadmap and work closely with product management, operations, sales organizations to continuously drive improvements
· Establish program metrics and monitor the overall progress implementation: anticipating risks, resolving issues and initiating corrective action as appropriate
· Generate insights and report out to stakeholders on a regular basis and in case of outliers
· Perform critical thinking and problem solving – evaluating alternatives, and identifies solutions using systematic, multi-step approaches.
· Develop innovative solutions that improve project performance

Basic Qualification:
· BA/BS Degree
· 5+ years of experience leading delivery of large, cross functional programs, preferably in Program management and Sales Operations, or other relevant experience
· Independently driven, resourceful, and able to deliver results with minimal direction
· Strong business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering, creating/deploying solutions to end users
· Proven analytical skills and demonstrated ability to use metrics to measure program success, participation in metric based reviews and taking decisions based on metrics
· Exceptional customer obsession with a passion for working backwards from the needs of field or organizations
· Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills in both English and Chinese
Preferred Qualifications:
· MBA
· PMP or independent program management experiences with medium to high complexities
· Experience in e-Commerce and/or in a hi-tech B2B sales organization
· Experience in inventing and delivering efficiency mechanisms in startup environments
