Job Description
SIEMENS K.K. will start to develop new industry segment "Intralogistics". Mission for this person are market analysis, prepare penetration strategy and development sales for Intralogistic industry. Also collaborate with existing sales channel and partner developing/expanding intralogistic industry customer.

-Planning sales strategy for Siemens business at Intralogistics industry (Research to determine customer satisfaction levels,customer expectations, market conditions, company image and effectiveness of marketing strategies with the target to develop the existing Solution Partner and Distribution Channel)
₋ Define and develop focus/target customers together with Sales to achieve budget
-Visit and convince customers to use Siemens solutions in close collaboration with Sales
-Provides strategic guidance to customers through insightful consultation and recommendations with SIEMENS solution.



■Competencies
- Language skill, Fluent Japanese and satisfactory English for communication with HQ in Germany- Sales or Industrial Product Marketing experience skill.- Strategic Thinking, Communication skills, Consulting sales skills are required- Collaboration and Team work
